On-premise deployment lets your team run the dashboard, API and storage services in infrastructure you manage. It suits organizations that need to control where project data is stored.
Your web apps send events to this installation. Connections to external AI providers and notification channels are configured separately. AI assistance is disabled by default for each project.
What you need to install
The Docker Compose bundle includes PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, the API and dashboard. Prepare a domain, HTTPS, persistent storage and a backup plan before production deployment.
Capacity depends on event volume, Replay use and retention. Offline environments also need the required container images and build dependencies prepared in advance.
Operating the installation
Your team controls servers, network access, backups and upgrade timing. Ashkar includes operational tools for health checks, backups and upgrades.
Project-level retention and Replay controls remain available. Verify event ingestion and backup restoration in a test environment before connecting production apps.
